PR&Co isn't an agency. There are no account managers, no junior teams, no one being briefed on your business by someone else. It's just us, Lauren and Britt.
We work with a small number of businesses at a time so we can actually care. Founder-led businesses and family-run companies deserve better than generic advice from people who've never actually built and run one themselves.

Are you an agency?
No, and we'd be a bit offended if you called us one. We're a partnership, two people who genuinely work with you. You'll always deal directly with Lauren and Britt, from the first conversation to the last deliverable.
Is this only for small businesses?
No. We work with founder-led businesses and family-run companies at every stage, from first sale to well past six figures, ten years in or fifty. The Growth Audit is the same starting point either way: a proper outside look at what's actually holding growth back, before anything bigger.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Two kinds, mainly. Founder-led brands: Shopify stores, studios, product and service businesses at any stage. And family-run service businesses: trades, home improvement, local services, usually run by the owner or a second generation who's taken it on. What matters isn't your sector or your revenue, it's that you're still hands-on in the business, not layers removed from it.
How quickly can we get started?
We can usually have an initial conversation within a week, and your audit delivered within 5-7 working days of getting started. No six-month onboarding.
What if it's not working?
We work month to month, so you're never locked in. If it's not the right fit, we'd rather you tell us than stay out of obligation.
Do I have to be on every social media platform?
Absolutely not. One of the first things we do is figure out where your customers actually are, and focus there. We'd rather nail two channels than half-heartedly do five.
